Original hand-painted production cel used in the Dr. Slump – Arale-chan TV series, produced by Toei Animation between 1981 and 1986.

This cel features Senbei Norimaki and his invention “Robot Safe,” both with exaggerated comic expressions as they return from grocery shopping. A classic example of Toriyama-style humor and early '80s animation.

Standard 3-hole punched cel with matching douga (pencil layout). Paint and linework in very good condition.

A rare and expressive piece from the golden era of TV anime production.
