Original hand-painted production cel with matching douga from Metal Armor Dragonar (1987), produced by Sunrise.

The artwork depicts Gilgazamune (ギルガザムネ), one of the imposing heavy assault Metal Armors fielded by the Giganos Empire. Its massive armor, distinctive horned head and close framing make this a particularly graphic mecha piece from the series.

The matching hand-drawn douga preserves the animation drawing underlying the painted cel, making the pair a complete production set.
