A rare multi layered original production cel from Metal Armor Dragonar, produced by Sunrise in 1987 during the height of the real robot era. Conceived in the immediate aftermath of Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ, Dragonar carried forward the evolving military mecha language that defined late 1980s Sunrise.

With mechanical designs by Kunio Okawara and dynamic animation shaped by talents such as Masami Obari, the series represents a pivotal moment between the classic Gundam timeline and the stylistic escalation of late 80s action aesthetics. Bold silhouettes, sharp linework and layered mechanical detail define Dragonar’s visual identity.
