Description

Hitomi Kisugi & Toshio Utsumi Wedding – Original Cat's Eye Production Cel + Attached Douga

Original Japanese animation production cel featuring Hitomi Kisugi and Toshio Utsumi together in wedding attire from Cat's Eye.

This setup comes from the second season wedding episode commonly known as Fake Wedding Bells, in which Hitomi and Toshio stage a wedding as part of a police operation. The image is especially desirable because both principal characters appear together in formal wedding costume, making it an unusually strong narrative piece within the series.

The cel is attached to its original matching douga. Production markings are visible on the sheet, including the A12 designation. The combination preserves both the final painted image and the underlying production drawing as a single original studio-used setup.

Character design for the second season is credited to Satoshi Hirayama, based on Tsukasa Hojo's original manga. Produced by Tokyo Movie Shinsha, now TMS Entertainment.

Original vintage Japanese animation production artwork. Unique production-used piece with studio marks and age-related wear consistent with its original use.
